Phase 1 is nearing completion. Our extensive Q & A Procedures are now being undertaken prior to decoration. The demolition of the existing building is due to take place at the start of July with the construction of Phase 2 to commence shortly thereafter.

The success of the project has been the result of the collaborative approach afforded to the build between client, architect and ourselves. The meticulous attention to detail and a clear focus throughout the build has ensured the property retains its integrity. There is a clear definition between the old and the new but the two entwine with success.
