Chestnut House is a bespoke new build property located in Buckinghamshire. Masonry works are complete up to roof level and installation of the roof structure underway. External works and drainage are on going.
Oak House is a Victorian detached property in Central Oxford. The scope of works include the complete renovation of the property, including the structural renovation of the existing basement,and an extension. Structural alterations to the existing house are nearing completion. Super structure works to the new extension are underway with scaffold erected ready for re-roofing to commence. The structural and engineering challenges for this project are high however they form part of the very culture of our company specialising in complex engineering solutions. Decades of experience coupled with the engineering qualifications and background of our Director, ensure the efficient integration of new effective engineering solutions to the historic fabric of the building.

Structural alterations and strip out to the existing house are nearing completion and super structure works to the new rear extension due to start shortly. The works involve complex structural challenges, an area in which we are very much specialists as result of our vast experience and indeed the engineering background of our Director Robin Sporn.
