The renovation and extension of Oak House is three quarters complete. A green oak frame is the basis of the construction of the extension with SIPS panels. The architect for this project is Roderick James Architects, regularly featured on the Grand Designs television programme. The electrical installation is now complete and internal plastering is under way. The property will feature a rain water harvester, photovoltaic and solar panels, and a wood burning cooker and three further wood burning stoves. Environmental considerations have been very much a priority on this project and we have utilised the very latest modern building techniques to achieve the maximum results.
