Robin was personally invited to Westminster last week to meet with Government officials along with the Federation of Master Builders to discuss the current economic problems facing the construction industry. Robin raised a number of pertinent concerns the affect of which on future policies we shall wait and see. Robin commented ” I felt honoured to be invited to the meeting and indeed the fact that the government appear to be beginning to recognise the importance of SME’s within the construction industry must spark a glint of hope that due respect and consideration may be awarded to our sector moving forward. Policies are often driven by the needs of the “Top 10″ civil construction companies, this needs to change. ”
