Construction continues on barn conversion for wedding venue. The major alteration and masonry work is now complete. First fix has begun.
Tomorrow is the Federation of Master Builder Awards ceremony 2015. We were delighted to be awarded the regional title of the Master Builder Awards for the large renovation category. The national winners for each category will be announced at the ceremony along with the overall coveted title of Master Builder of the year. The awards represent a unique nationwide search by the FMB to find the best builders in the UK. Nominations must come from a satisfied client, and builders are judged on their technical ability together with their customer service skills and attention to detail, along with the project’s end result.

Construction continues as programmed. Works involve the complete renovation and extension of this historic property which includes a substantial basement.Structure to basement complete. Masonry works to rear extension nearing completion. Masonry to side extension to 1st floor joists complete. Masonry cleaning to existing house complete. Renovation of existing Sash windows by our in house expert master craftsman 50% complete.
The project involves the extension of Oak House, renovation of existing house and the Little Stables. Structural roofing to extension is now complete. Polyroof coverings to flat commencing.Zinc roof coverings to extension overhang commencing. 1st fix M&E to extension commencing. Alteration works to existing house underway. Works to outbuilding, Little Stables are now complete.
Construction is continuing as programmed on the conversion of the two Victorian terrace properties in to one beautiful home. Installation of the bespoke glazing is underway. First fix M&E is now complete. Specialist lime plastering to external walls is nearing completion. Standard plastering to internal wall & ceilings is also nearing completion. Floor and wall finishes are now commencing.
