We are extremely proud to have been awarded Silver recognition by the IIP. The award places Sporn Construction in the top 2% of all recognised institutions. It is a remarkable achievement thoroughly deserved by all of the team who continually strive to provide the highest professional and quality of service coupled with a positive forward thinking working environment where each individual is valued and nurtured through their own development.

We held the IIP bronze Award 2010 to 2013.

Sporn Construction Ltd wins the coveted UK title at the Federation of Master Builders Master Builder Awards. Building firms across the country were crowned champions at the FMB’s Master Builder of the Year Awards on Wednesday 18th February. Sporn Construction was presented with the national title for the large renovation project category and went on to win the overall national title.

Winner of the Building Conservation category. The project involved the complete restoration, refurbishment and extension of a Victorian villa in the heart of Oxford.

Caswell House Barns, a renovation and conversion project completed in 2010, has been awarded a position on the coveted South Regional shortlist of the RIBA Awards.

The “Eco”renovation of a Grade 2 listed property to Passiv Haus standards. The project unfortunately did not win the overall title which was awarded to “The Shard”. The project faced a very high standard of competition in its category, The Shard being one of the most iconic builds of 2013.
